Two small fixes shipping together:
Bid modal "Agency-shared" label
The bid placement modal on /marketplace/listings/[id] previously labelled the no-client option as "— No client tag —", which didn't match the wording used in audiences and campaigns. Now reads "— Agency-shared (no client) —" everywhere, so AGENCY_ADMIN users see consistent terminology across all client pickers.
Sub-employee soft-delete (`users.is_deleted`)
Migration 0a1b2c3d4e5f adds is_deleted to users so removing a sub-employee can hide them from listings independently of is_active (which is the suspend/resume toggle). AuthService.list_employees filters by is_deleted=False; AuthService.delete_employee now sets the flag, deactivates, and revokes refresh tokens — proper soft-delete semantics. Sidebar gets a corresponding tweak so deleted sub-employees vanish from team views.
