One name per account, and a single place for your business details

Your account now says whether it belongs to a person or a company, and everyone you work with sees one consistent name for you. Business details — company name, PAN, GST, address — live in one place instead of being asked for twice. Plus a run of fixes to things that were quietly wrong: switching modes hid half your menu, you could be offered your own account to send work to, and a vendor could bid more than the job was worth.

Every list in the dashboard was checked against three questions: does search find things, do filters narrow, and does the pager actually go anywhere. Several couldn't answer yes. Reports paged through the same rows forever, two searches only looked at the page you happened to be on, and choosing a filter could leave you staring at an empty list with nowhere to click.

Five posts went up on the blog, each with a page of its own — until today every card on it was a picture with no link behind it. The Resources page got the same treatment. And the Action Center was listing every piece of in-flight work twice, once under a label that belonged to something else.

Your calendar has a new Occupancy view: a month heatmap that colours every day by how full it is, tells you the percentage still to fill, and — the part that actually saves you money — ranks the days you're falling behind on, split by whether there's already interest waiting to be closed or whether you need to go find demand. Vendors who bid on your campaign work now show up on the same Applications page as everyone else, so you review and accept them in one place instead of opening each slot. Applying for vendor work now asks for the details that actually decide it, creators can turn down an assignment they can't take, a payment tells you who sent it, and a dispute an administrator has ruled on can't be re-opened.

You can now book a real appointment from the public site — slots come from the live calendar and the booking lands in it. Alongside that: a campaigns list that had been quietly hiding some of your campaigns, sorting that finally sorts the whole list rather than the page you're looking at, and a first login that stops asking you what you already told us at signup.

Every amount and every date now reads the same way, and work that's paid for before it's handed over

Two sweeps and a safety change. Every figure of money and every date in the product was audited and made to read one way — which turned up a bug that had some dates showing tomorrow. Campaign work now has to be paid for before it's delivered and before it's signed off. There's also a Help button in the header, a code required to change your password, and a calendar you can actually navigate.

Every timestamp in deal chat was five and a half hours early, and that same mistake had been quietly withholding the Edit button from every message anyone has ever sent. Both are fixed, the clock has moved inside the message where you'd expect it, and listing a property now starts by asking what kind of thing you're listing.

A package you haven't sold is still yours, and "no" now means no

Two things this release fixes for anyone selling here. A package stopped being editable the moment you published it, even with nobody having bought — so a typo in a deliverable meant rebuilding the whole thing. And when you turned an offer down, the buyer could simply ask again, which is not what declining is for.

If what you rent to advertisers is a hoarding, an LED truck or a screen in a mall, this platform has always let you list it — and then asked you for a username and a profile URL. This release makes the form fit what you actually own. Alongside it: pictures you upload now go where you put them, and the password rules finally say what they are before you get them wrong.

Most of this release is about vendors. If you do work for someone on this platform, the screen where you accept it, read it and submit it now tells you where you are in the job, what you have to do next, and — when you win a posting on the work board — where that job went. If something goes wrong, someone now sees it

Raising a dispute already froze the money and told the other side. What it did not do was tell anyone who could actually settle it — there was no list of open disputes anywhere, so finding one meant already knowing which deal it was on. A dispute could sit untouched while the funds sat frozen. That is what this release fixes, along with making disputes available on the parts of the platform that were still missing them.

Last week the platform started holding money in escrow and releasing it when an advertiser approves the work. It could hold and release, but it could not actually pay anyone: there was nowhere on the platform for a creator to say which bank account was theirs. That's the gap this closes, along with a wording problem it made obvious.

The platform holds the money until the work is approved

Until today, paying for work on this platform didn't really finish anywhere. You could pay for a marketplace deal, but nothing recorded that the money was owed onward to the creator; campaign line items had a budget and no way to pay it at all; and creators on the opportunities side did the entire job before a rupee changed hands. That's now one arrangement across all three: the advertiser pays when the work is agreed, we hold it, and it goes to the creator when the advertiser approves what was delivered.

A new listing opens ready to publish, and a price that means what it says

Posting inventory was a blank form you filled in field by field before anything would save. It now opens already filled in, with a publish button available from the first step. The rest of today is the same theme on the surfaces around it: a currency you could pick but never actually get, a link to your own profile you didn't need, and one that went to the wrong page entirely.

Most of today is one shape of bug: the platform knew something and the screen didn't show it. A brief you won disappeared instead of handing you the work. Conversations your team had were missing from your inbox. Listing counters counted rows the list wouldn't show you, and two interest categories quietly matched nobody at all.

Earlier today the marketplace started showing you other sellers' inventory again. That fixed one problem and exposed another: your own listings appeared in both places, so two screens looked like copies of each other. Ownership is now something you choose, and the two sides share nothing.

Notifications open the thing they are telling you about

Clicking a message notification used to land you somewhere that could not show you the message. Applying for a deliverable and winning it then asked you to accept it again. And a creator who had done the work but had never been reviewed was quietly locked out of applying for more.

Files you hand a creator now travel with the job — to any kind of job, not just campaign deliverables — and stop being rejected for failing rules meant for banner ads. Campaign work also stops leading a double life: one conversation instead of two, and you approve it inside your campaign instead of on a page called "Unnamed Deal".

Budget is now one number covering both, a brief says up front how many creators it's for, and you find out you're over while you're still typing — not after you've picked the creators.

A reach meter that means something, and telling vendors exactly what you need

A few things that used to guess now ask, and a few that showed a wrong number now show a real one. The audience builder's reach meter counts actual creators instead of a permanent zero; opening a line item to vendors finally asks what service you need; and briefs, forms and the Ad Planner checklist all read the way you'd expect.

One currency, set in one place

Currency was meant to be a workspace setting, but it behaved like a field on every record: thirteen different forms asked you to pick one, and most screens showed ₹ no matter what you chose. The setting itself never saved. It is now a single value you set once, and everything follows it.
