Giving a team member access no longer means ticking hundreds of boxes. Pick a level for each area of the workspace, decide whether they can approve and whether they can spend money, and choose which modes they work in. A member who hits a locked screen can ask for access in one click.
Access by area: No access, View or Manage
Team → a member → Access now asks one question per area — Campaigns, Discover, Deals and bookings, Vendors, Reports, Contracts, Money and Workspace — with three answers: No access, View or Manage.
- Two powers sit apart from the levels. Can approve and sign covers approving campaigns and
deliverables, accepting or rejecting bids and bookings, and signing contracts. Can spend money covers paying, funding work, checkout, wallet top-ups and promotion, and asks you to confirm. Managing an area never includes either one.
- Start from a template: Viewer, Campaign manager (Creator manager on the creator side),
Finance or Admin. Then adjust any area before saving.
- Creator and vendor workspaces get their own areas , such as Channels and profile, Campaign work
and Invoices and money.
- Nothing you set before is lost. Access set screen by screen shows as Custom and is kept
exactly as it was. The screen-by-screen grid is still under Advanced.

Choose the modes each member works in
- Works in: tick the modes a member may use, for example Advertiser only, or Advertiser and
Agency. They can't switch into any other mode.
- Home mode is where they're placed when they sign in, whichever mode you're working in.
- Can switch modes is off by default, so members stay in their home mode. Members who already
had access in more than one mode keep switching on.

Ask for access from a locked screen
A locked screen now has a Request access button. It notifies the workspace owner, naming the member and the screen. Pressing it again doesn't send a second notification.

Some things stay with the owner
Managing the team, changing the payout account and deleting the workspace are for the owner only, whatever access a member has. A member who tries sees who to ask. Bookmarking a creator now needs only View access to Discover. Planning a seasonal moment needs Calendar edit access, and buying promotion needs Can spend money.
