Three small but real gaps, closed: the phone field on your profile now checks the number against the country you picked, the info icons on your dashboard's KPI cards actually show something when you hover them, and changing your password no longer lets a code get emailed for a "new" password that's identical to your old one.
Phone numbers now validate against the selected country
Settings → My Profile's Phone Number field used to accept any number up to 15 digits, regardless of the country code next to it — so a +91 number could be saved with 14 digits. It now checks the number length against the selected country, live as you type, and blocks Save until it's fixed.

KPI info icons explain what they measure
The small (i) next to each KPI name on your dashboard used to be decorative — nothing happened on hover. It now opens a tooltip with what the KPI actually measures.

Changing your password no longer accepts your current one as the "new" one
Settings → Security → Change Password already refused to actually change your password to the one you already have — but only after emailing you a verification code first. It now catches this before sending anything.
