An answer on every application, chat edits you can trust, and four more channels to connect

Creators who apply for work now always hear back, and by a date they can see. Chat messages can be edited for a set time, and an edit no longer erases what the other person already read. Creators can connect and verify LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and Telegram channels. Plus a stronger two-factor setup, a login page that warns you before it locks you out, and a round of fixes to things that promised more than they did.

Every application gets an answer, by a date you can see

When a creator applies for a line item, the brand now has 7 days to accept or decline, and both sides see the date: Decision by 21 Sep for the creator, Decide by 21 Sep for the brand.

  • Reminders for the brand two days before the date and on the last day.
  • Shortlisting buys one more week , and the creator is told they are

shortlisted.

  • No decision in time? The application closes and the creator gets a

notification straight away, so they are free to apply elsewhere.

  • Every "not selected" is now a notification. Before, a creator was only told

if the brand clicked Decline. Now they also hear the moment someone else is picked, the work goes to a vendor, the line item is removed or the campaign ends.

The number of days is set by the platform team in Master Settings.

Chat edits that keep the record straight

In deal chat, brand–creator chat and comments on creatives:

  • Edit or delete your own message for 15 minutes , with a countdown next to

it. After that the message is permanent. This includes delete, so a message can no longer quietly disappear days later.

  • Edited messages say so, with the time. Click Edited to see what the

message said before. In a deal chat, where prices and dates get agreed, both sides can always see what changed.

  • Nobody edits someone else's words , administrators included. If a message

has to go, an admin can remove it and it is marked Removed by an admin.

Connect LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and Telegram

Creators could verify YouTube, Instagram and Facebook channels. Four more now connect the same way, and each ends as a Verified channel:

  • X — handle, profile link and follower count fill in automatically.
  • Telegram — sign in with your phone, pick a channel or group you run, and

the member count fills in. Your password is never stored.

  • LinkedIn and Snapchat — verify the account is yours.

A connected channel's figures come from the platform itself and can't be typed over. What a platform doesn't share stays blank rather than showing a number nobody checked. Channel cards now show each channel's picture, not just YouTube's.

Open to Creators waits for a line item

Creators apply to specific line items, so a campaign with none had nothing for them to apply to. The Open to Creators switch stays locked until the campaign has at least one line item, and says so, with a button to add one.

A clearer Remember me

  • Ticked: you stay signed in after closing the browser, and the login page

remembers your email next time.

  • Not ticked: closing the browser signs you out.
  • Already signed in? Opening the login page takes you straight to your

dashboard.

  • Several open tabs no longer sign each other out when your session renews.

A dispute only once there is a deal to dispute

Raise a dispute used to appear, greyed out, on offers nobody had accepted yet. It now appears only once both sides have agreed, on every kind of deal. On campaign work, a creator can also raise one while their submission waits for review. If you raised a dispute yourself, Resolve dispute is no longer greyed out on collaborations, vendor subcontracts and brief deliverables.

Safer sign-in

  • The login page warns you before it locks you out. Five wrong passwords lock

an account for 15 minutes. Each failed attempt now says how many tries are left, and a locked page says roughly how long to wait.

  • Two-factor authentication turns on only when you finish setting it up.

Opening the setup screen and leaving no longer switches it on and blocks your next login.

  • Backup codes really are single-use now.
  • Your new password can't be the same as your old one , whether you change it

or reset it.

For vendors and brands

  • Show you are a registered business. Vendors can choose to show their legal

name, GSTIN, registration number and city on their public profile, one field at a time. PAN is never shown.

  • "Stay in touch" sign-ups now work on vendor profiles and brand profiles

too. They stay off until the owner switches them on.

  • One chat per job for vendors. A vendor and the brand were sometimes writing

in two separate threads about the same work. It is one conversation now, with the earlier messages merged in, and notifications open it.

Smaller fixes

  • Search shows results for the mode you are in , and only pages you can

open. Clicking a result no longer switches your mode.

  • Sign-up picks your currency from your country : INR in India, USD elsewhere.
  • Typo in your email? Sign-up asks "Did you mean gmail.com?" before sending

the code.

  • Phone numbers are checked for the right length for their country code.
  • Revision and rejection notes need at least 50 characters , with a live

counter, so the other side gets something they can act on.

  • Report exports download real tables again, and work after an hour away.
  • Apply straight from a line item's details on a campaign page.
  • The Turnaround field in Add Rate Card lines up with its row, and campaign

table rows no longer run into the table's border.
