Analytics by campaign, a smarter brief picker, and dates on every deal

Analytics can now be read one campaign at a time, and campaigns can be compared side by side on what they cost and how they delivered. The Send Brief picker offers creators who can actually take the work. Deal Progress finally says when each step happened. Plus a filter that turned out never to have filtered, and three small fixes to things that did not close, went to the wrong page, or looked crooked.

Analytics, one campaign at a time

Every chart and figure on the Overview can now be narrowed to one campaign or a handful — pick them from the new All campaigns control next to the date range, and the whole page follows.

Compare your campaigns side by side

Nothing in the product let you put campaigns next to each other: the dashboard gave one total, a campaign page gave one campaign. The new Campaign comparison table shows budget, what is committed, what has actually been paid, deals and how many completed, delivery, revision rate and average days from assigning work to approving it.

A campaign that has promised more than its budget is flagged, and a campaign whose payments failed carries a marker with the amount that never got collected.

These are the numbers we can stand behind — money, delivery and timing. We have deliberately kept impressions and click-through out of this table: that data is not measured for most of what happens here, and a per-campaign breakdown of an estimate would just look more trustworthy than it is.

The channel filter now actually filters

Picking a channel on Analytics changed nothing at all — the selection never reached the server. It does now, so both the Channel and Campaign filters narrow what you are looking at.

Send Brief shows creators who can take the work

The recipient list used to include creators with no channel set up yet — nobody who could actually deliver. They're gone.

What's left is ordered by how well the creator matches your campaign's niches, badged Exact match or Related, with the closest first. Related is real relatedness, not a guess: a creator in Esports for a Gaming campaign, or one who writes "Tech Reviews" for a Tech campaign.

Matching creators are shown by default with the count in plain sight — "2 of 10 match" — and one click shows everyone, because a short list should never be mistaken for an empty platform. Campaigns with no niches set simply show everybody.

Deal Progress now shows dates

Each step on a deal's progress bar carries the date it was reached. Where a step happened but we never recorded when — on older deals — you'll see a dash rather than a borrowed date. Steps still ahead stay blank, and a disputed deal shows the date it was disputed rather than the date the work went in.

Three things that were quietly wrong

The creator search on Audiences wouldn't close. On Creator Reach, the results list stayed open over the Analyze button until you picked someone. Clicking away, pressing Escape or tabbing out all close it now.

Back from a campaign's Applications went to Line Items. It goes back to the campaign, and the browser's own Back button no longer bounces.

The Book button looked off-centre under its Action heading. It was aligned to the pixel — the heading just sat 10px wider than the word on the button. Both now line up.
