Escape closes things, saved replies where you actually chat, and lockouts that let go

Press Escape to dismiss a dialog. Insert a saved reply while messaging a creator, not just on a deal. And a run of fixes to things that quietly refused to work: Instagram refresh, Facebook connect, and an account lockout that outlasted its own expiry.

Escape closes what's open

Dialogs across the product now close when you press Escape. Only the one on top closes — a confirmation raised from inside a panel dismisses the confirmation and leaves the panel where it was, so you don't lose what you were half way through.

Saved replies now work where you message creators

Your templates were saving fine and could be inserted into a deal conversation, but the panel used to message a creator had no button for them at all. It does now: pick a reply and it drops into the message box for you to edit — it is never sent for you, and if you had already started typing, the template is added on a new line rather than replacing your draft.

Reports that aren't yours now say so

Opening Analytics from an account that sells rather than buys used to show a red "failed to load" error, as though something had broken. Nothing had — those reports measure an advertiser's own spend, and there was none to show. The page now explains that where you are looking and points you to Insights, which is the same story from your side.

Clear all your notifications at once

The notifications page can now clear everything in one go instead of ticking rows one at a time. Notifications are archived rather than deleted, so you can still find them afterwards, and clearing while a category filter is on clears only that category.

Buttons that now say what they do

Hovering the icons along the top bar — mode switch, theme, messages, notifications, your account — now explains each one, as does the sidebar's collapse toggle. The search box mentions its Ctrl+K shortcut, which existed but was impossible to discover.

Signing in after a lockout

Too many wrong passwords locks an account for a while. Two things were wrong: the lockout outlasted its own expiry if you guessed wrong once more, and resetting your password didn't lift it — so the correct new password still refused you. Both are fixed, and an administrator can now lift a lockout by hand.

Connecting Instagram and Facebook

Refreshing an Instagram connection failed every single time it was attempted, and had done since the feature was written. Facebook connect now falls back to the person's own profile when no page is available, and says plainly what that connection does and doesn't cover.

There's also a data deletion page, which Meta requires before it will review these permissions.

Smaller things

A date in the Channels footer that never said what it was. A filter offering "Status" as though it were a status. A label reading (OOH. An open slot showing "Waiting" while four applicants sat unreviewed. And "Timeline (optional)" on a rate request, which refused past dates and didn't save at all.
