Every dashboard opens with a new hero drawn straight from the design, which switches between light and dark instantly. The cards below it now line up with no empty holes. A connected YouTube channel shows its latest videos and Shorts, and advertisers set up their brand before they start browsing.
A new hero on every dashboard
- Built from the design, for all six roles. Advertiser, Agency, Super Admin, Influencer, Vendor
and Publisher each get their own scene, role label, "Welcome back" with your first name, a headline and two buttons, placed exactly as the design has them.
- The same at every screen size. On a laptop the whole hero scales down as one piece, so cards
never land on the headline or the buttons. On a phone it becomes a simple tinted panel with the text and buttons stacked.
- Instant light/dark switch. Both versions of the picture are loaded up front. Switching theme no
longer leaves a blank hero for a moment, and nothing in it moves.
- Real numbers for the platform team. The Super Admin hero shows the live user, workspace,
campaign and revenue figures, with what is new in the period you pick (7D, 30D or 90D).
- Spend moved to its card. An advertiser's "spent" figure and wallet balance now sit on the
Total budget card, where the rest of the budget lives.

Dashboards without gaps
- Both columns end together. On every dashboard the two columns now stretch to the same height,
so a short card no longer leaves a blank patch under it.
- A card on its own takes the full row. When "What needs you" has nothing waiting and hides
itself, Campaign performance now spans the full width instead of sitting in half of an empty row.
- Agency, Vendor and Influencer cards rearranged into two balanced columns.
YouTube activity on your channel page
- Recent videos and Shorts. A connected YouTube channel's page now shows subscribers, videos and
total views, then your 12 latest uploads split into videos and Shorts, each with views, likes and comments. It is visible to you only and read live from YouTube, the same as Facebook and Instagram.
- The right sign-in is named. A verified channel now says "Google sign-in" or "Meta sign-in"
(and so on) instead of "OAuth (Google)" for every platform.
Advertisers set up their brand first
- Brand profile before browsing. An advertiser who hasn't picked a brand category yet sees
"Complete your brand profile first" on the dashboard, the Marketplace and the creator and vendor directories, with the category picker right there. Save it and the page opens. Agency mode and team members are not affected.
The public creator directory
- Every creator is listed, whatever mode they are in. A creator who had switched to Advertiser
mode to book someone disappeared from the public creators page. They are listed again, and their card opens their creator media kit.
For the platform team
- Master Settings → Platforms: platforms nothing uses can now be deleted, and a slug can be
edited. Both are refused, with the count, while any record still uses that slug. Each tab has its own "Seed defaults" button with a fuller default list and icons. Collaboration types gained the full default list for all six categories.
- KPI export for management: a 17-number platform summary (users, workspaces, campaigns, money
charged, revenue, payouts, deals, impressions, disputes and more) that eSimplified can pull for any date range, behind its own keys and an IP allow-list.
Fixes
- The selected pill tab is readable again. Its label was grey on the coloured pill; it is white
(dark text on amber in dark mode).
- Header icons stay on screen. Between tablet and small-laptop widths, the profile menu and the
theme toggle were pushed off the edge.
- Public site: the scrollbar has a visible thumb again; the homepage "Ways" heading no longer
overlaps its cards on smaller screens; and the closing call to action is a single "Get started" button.
- Sidebar: no thin leftover highlight on the previous item, and the list fades at its edges
instead of cutting an item in half against the help card.
- Chat in dark mode: your own messages use a soft tint with a readable timestamp.
- Create campaign no longer jumps up and down while the estimated reach updates.
- Avatars show first and last initials ("Raman Kumar Singh" → RS) everywhere they appear.
- Chat attachments say "Download" beside the icon, and the Creator Insights number cards no longer
look clickable.
