The main fix: an agency that created an Ad Plan or a campaign without picking a client could not find it afterwards. Everything was saved, but the list's default view left it out. Alongside it, creators can now describe a listing in their own words, a package says exactly which channel and format you are buying, channel lists come from one place with real platform icons, and there is a User Guide in the header for every role.
Agencies: nothing you create goes missing any more
In Agency mode, "All Clients" now means everything: work tagged to a client and the agency's own work. Before, it quietly showed only client-tagged items, so a plan or campaign created without choosing a client saved fine and never appeared in Ad Planner or Campaigns. An agency with no clients yet saw an empty list and no dropdown to explain why.
- Unattributed in the client filter still narrows to the agency's own work.
- The Campaigns summary cards count the same rows the list shows.

Add your own Content Context to a listing
Creating or editing a listing, the Content Context step now has "Not listed? Add your own context…". Whatever you add is saved to your own list and offered again on your next listing, so you don't have to type it twice.
- Only you see your own contexts in the picker. Advertisers see them on your listing.
- Typing something that is already on the standard list (say, finance & business) picks the
standard one instead of making a copy.
- Up to five of your own contexts per listing. Remove one from your list at any time; listings
already using it keep it.
- Admins see the contexts creators add most often under **Master Settings → Content Contexts →
Suggested by creators**, and can make any of them a standard option for everyone in one click.
- Listing pages now show context names (Finance & Business) instead of internal codes.

Packages say which channel and format you are buying
Each item in a package used to be a line of free text, such as "instagram reel". Now the creator picks which of their channels it is delivered on and in what format, and the buyer sees it as Instagram · @handle · Reel. It is copied onto the deal when you buy, so what you paid for still reads the same if the package is changed later.

One list of channels, with real icons
Admins can upload an icon for any social platform or media channel in Master Settings → Platforms; without one, the platform's own icon is used. The icon appears everywhere channels are shown.
The channel dropdowns that were typed into the code now read the same master list: the brief form, listing and slot forms, pipeline editing, the creator directory filter, Marketplace filters and the Properties page. Two Marketplace filters offered a Social channel no listing has, and left out YouTube and Instagram, which listings do have, so filtering by those was impossible. Both are fixed.
A User Guide in the header, and smaller fixes
- User Guide opens a one-page journey chart for whatever you are doing right now: advertiser,
creator, vendor, agency or Super Admin. It follows your current mode, like the sidebar.
- Public directories search as you type. On
/creatorsand the vendor directory, matching
names drop down as you type and the results refresh a moment after you stop, with no Enter key needed.
- The "keep me signed in" checkbox ticks on the sign-in page. It used to show only an orange border.
- On sign-up, paired fields stack in one column on narrow screens instead of squeezing side by side.
- Action Center: the Action button stays pinned to the right edge while the table scrolls
sideways, so it no longer disappears on a small screen.
- Filter dropdowns on Opportunities are all the same size as the search box beside them.
- New dashboard artwork for Advertiser and Super Admin, in light and dark.
