Channel pages with a clearer look, YouTube audience at a glance, and setup before you start

A creator's channel page now opens with its key numbers in coloured cards and shows its YouTube audience as a gender chart, age bars and country flags, for the creator and for the brands looking at it. Vendors and advertisers finish their profile before reaching the pages that need one, and a long list of QA fixes lands across the app and the public site.

Channel pages, redesigned

  • The numbers up front. Subscribers, videos, average views and engagement rate each get their own

coloured card under the channel's header, with the photo, handle, platform and verification beside the title.

  • Details at a glance. Channel facts sit in a tidy grid, each with its own coloured icon.
  • Brands see the same page. Opening a channel from a creator's profile shows this same layout,

so creators and brands look at the same thing.

YouTube audience, from YouTube itself

  • Who watches, at a glance. For a connected YouTube channel, audience demographics come straight

from YouTube Analytics: gender as a chart with its figures, age as coloured bars, and the top countries with their flags.

  • Brands see it too. The figures are kept with the channel, so a brand viewing it sees the same

picture.

Finish your profile first

  • Vendors: Marketplace Work and Deliverables wait until you have listed the services you offer,

with one button to do it, because services are what make you hireable.

  • Advertisers: Campaigns and Briefs now ask for your brand category first, like the dashboard and

the Marketplace already did. Agency mode and team members are not affected.

Smaller improvements

  • Notifications: unread notifications now stand out clearly in both light and dark mode.
  • Messages: the box you type in is one line tall and grows as you write.
  • Deadlines follow your mode: Advertiser mode no longer lists your creator deliverables. Other

modes' deadlines are counted, with a one-click switch.

  • Vendors: the vendor directory shows each vendor's own photo and cover, the status filter works,

and the type filter became a working filter by service.

  • Verification: a channel an admin rejected now reads "Rejected", separate from one nobody has

reviewed yet.

  • Tabs: rows of tabs that don't fit (Master Settings) scroll with the mouse wheel or by dragging.
  • The user guide in the Help menu no longer walks a signed-in user through creating an account.
  • The public site: every image has a description for screen readers, the homepage text banner

fills the screen and flows the right way, and the footer map has no white border.

  • QA polish: "Place Bid", "Extend Deadline" and "Group by" read consistently; deal progress steps

start with a capital letter; the campaigns budget filter is easier to see; the vendor dashboard banner no longer shows arrows that go nowhere; and the creator dashboard's audience tooltip is readable in dark mode.
