A follow-up release focused on clarity: chats that stay with the right person, a friendlier way to ask for changes on a deal, and counts you can trust.

Chat: a separate conversation with each person

  • Pre-deal chat is now per person. If two people from the same company (say a brand owner and their agency manager) both message a creator, each gets their own thread — no more everything piling into one conversation, and no more a message from one person showing up under the other's name.
  • The inbox shows who you're talking to with their company beneath it, so the person and the brand are both always clear.

Deals: ask for a change instead of only paying or disputing

  • On opportunity/availability deals, once a creator submits their work the advertiser can now Request Changes with a note — which reopens the deal so the creator can update and re-submit. A friendly middle ground between paying and raising a formal dispute, with the requested changes shown right where the creator works.
  • On marketplace deals, a seller can now edit their submitted delivery proof while it's still under review.

Numbers you can trust

  • The Marketplace Deals and Bids KPI cards now count the same rows the lists actually show — for team members as well as owners — so the headline total never disagrees with what's on screen.
  • The admin dashboard's Workspaces count now matches the Workspaces page.

Small saves

  • Accidentally removed a property/channel? You can now undo the delete.
