Honest Analytics, Richer Listings, and a Help Center

A big release focused on telling the truth in analytics — your dashboards now lead with real spend and deals instead of modeled guesses — plus a set of marketplace upgrades (cover photos, shared documents, per-listing restrictions) and a new public help center.

A big release focused on telling the truth in analytics — your dashboards now lead with real spend and deals instead of modeled guesses — plus a set of marketplace upgrades (cover photos, shared documents, per-listing restrictions) and a new public help center.

Analytics you can trust

  • The Analytics Dashboard now leads with real money. Instead of headline impressions/clicks/CTR (which are estimated from deal pricing, not measured), the dashboard opens with your real spend, pipeline value, deals booked, budget utilisation, deal pipeline by status, and measured clicks from tracked links. The estimated reach charts are still available, tucked into a clearly-labelled "Projected reach — estimated, not measured" section so they're never mistaken for hard numbers. It also gained a Top Campaigns table and a fixed activity heatmap.
  • Attribution is now Channel & Creator Contribution. The old attribution page showed all zeros (true multi-touch attribution needs conversion-journey data we don't capture yet). It's been replaced with a real view of which channels, creators and campaigns drive your actual deals and spend, plus a real interest → booking → completion funnel. Toggle the outcome between realized spend, completed deals and deals booked.
  • Custom KPIs now show live values and flag which ones you can trust. Each KPI shows its current value and a badge — Measured (real data), Estimated (modeled), or Misconfigured (its formula references data we don't track, so it always reads 0). And the Edit button now reliably opens the editor in view.

Marketplace: cover photos, shared docs & per-listing rules

  • Listing cover photos. Give a listing a cover image so buyers see a real picture instead of a coloured placeholder — add it while creating, or any time from Edit or the listing page.
  • Share documents with bidders. Attach your rate card, media kit, audience report or sample posts to a listing; anyone considering a bid can review them first.
  • Per-listing restrictions. Block specific advertiser categories from booking one particular listing, separate from your workspace-wide rules — and the listing page now clearly shows which categories are restricted.
  • Deal pages now name the people. A marketplace deal shows the buyer and seller (creator) names, not just IDs.

Creatives

  • When editing a creative you can now replace its image and change its status (pending / approved / rejected / flagged). Approved creatives are protected from deletion, but you can always move them to another status.

A clearer pipeline & a new Help Center

  • The Opportunities pipeline Activity log now shows much richer detail — what happened, when (in IST), the stage change, and how long a deal sat in each stage.
  • New public FAQ / Help Center (/faq) answering common questions about the platform, with a step-by-step answer view.

Fixes

  • Your channels no longer disappear when you switch activity mode. Creator Properties (and the "set up your media kit" checklist) now stay visible across your creator modes.
  • The "Get discovered by brands" welcome no longer keeps reappearing after you've already set up your channels.
  • "Create Report" and a few other empty-state buttons no longer 404.
