Know who's reliable before you book

This release adds at-a-glance trust signals across the platform, so advertisers and creators can judge a counterparty on their real track record — not just star ratings.

This release adds at-a-glance trust signals across the platform, so advertisers and creators can judge a counterparty on their real track record — not just star ratings.

Reliability at a glance

  • New reliability badges on profiles. Creator media kits and advertiser profiles now show behavioural trust signals drawn from real deal history — how fast someone responds, how often they accept, how reliably they complete work, how often clients re-book them, and how few disputes they have. Advertisers see these when choosing a creator; creators see them when deciding whether to accept an advertiser's brief, bid, or interest. The signals show on both sides, because reviews and track records run both ways.
  • Fair to newcomers. A badge only appears once a profile has enough history behind it. Until then it shows a simple "New" badge instead of a misleading perfect score — so a single lucky deal can't look like a flawless record.

Fixes & polish

  • Tighter data isolation. Hardened internal "My Listings" and vendor-deliverables views so each workspace only ever sees its own listings and its own assigned work.
