3rd release that day

Campaign deliverables now have one clear setting for who can take them on, vendors can see the full history of work they've done for each client, and a batch of notifications that used to drop you on a list now open the exact item they're about.
One setting decides who a deliverable is offered to
- Creators, Vendors, or No one. Every campaign deliverable now carries a single "Open to" choice. Creators lists it in the creator feed for anyone to apply. Vendors posts it to the vendor bidding board for anyone to bid. No one keeps it off both, so you can hold a slot back and assign it yourself — useful when four of your five deliverables are recruiting and the fifth is already promised to someone.
- "Vendors" now actually reaches vendors. Previously choosing Vendors only hid the deliverable from creators — it wasn't posted anywhere unless you also remembered a separate button on the deliverables list. Miss that step and the slot reached nobody at all, with nothing to tell you. Choosing Vendors is now the whole action, and the separate button is gone.
- Nobody is left hanging when a slot is filled. Assigning someone — whether by accepting a creator's application, awarding a vendor's bid, or picking someone directly — now closes the deliverable to everyone else. Before, a vendor could win the work while creators sat waiting on an application that would never be answered, and vice versa.
- You can see where every deliverable stands at a glance: Open to creators, Open to vendors, Not offered, or who it's assigned to.

Vendors: your history with each client, in one place
- Every job you've done for a client. Opening a client on My clients now lists the individual jobs behind the totals — direct hires, campaign deliverables, and work you won on the jobs board — each with its status, dates and amount.
- A Deals tab. Deals on the listings you sell were previously reachable only by direct link. They now have a home in your Marketplace work hub.
- Back buttons return where you came from. Opening a deal from a notification or a dashboard used to send you to a list you may not have come from. It now goes back to wherever you started.

Notifications that open the thing they're about
- Work notifications now land on the page where you can act. If you're a vendor or creator told to submit or resubmit work, you now land on your own deliverable page — the one with the submit button — instead of a read-only view of the deal with nothing to click.
- No more dead links. A batch of notifications carried a link that looked like it pointed at a specific deal but opened nothing. Those are fixed at the source, the broken ones have been cleared from your inbox, and older "your interest was accepted" notifications now open the deal directly.
