Every place you send work for review now runs the same three-round loop and takes file attachments. Two surfaces that were quietly keeping separate revision counts for the same job now share one. And timestamps stop reading five and a half hours early.
One job, one review loop
- A campaign line item and its deal page are the same piece of work — and now they finally behave like it. Requesting changes from either place updates both. Previously each screen kept its own count, so a deliverable could sit at "3 of 3 used" on one page and "1 of 3" on the other, and you could keep asking for changes past the limit without meaning to.
- The limit is now counted once. Whichever screen you act from, it's the same three rounds against the same job.
- This works for submissions too. A creator submitting proof from the deal page used to leave the line item untouched, so the advertiser reviewing it saw nothing arrive. Both sides now stay in step.
- Existing work was reconciled. Jobs whose two screens had already drifted apart were brought back into agreement, keeping every review note that had been written on either side.
Three rounds and file attachments, everywhere
- Marketplace work now has a revision limit. It was the one place changes could be requested over and over with no ceiling, leaving a vendor with no way to reach sign-off. It now stops at three, like everywhere else, and shows which round you're on.
- You can attach files to any submission. Marketplace work previously accepted a link only — there was no way to send the actual file. Attachments are optional, up to 25 MB each, and appear alongside the link for whoever reviews it.
- A note on its own is no longer a submission. There has to be a link or a file, so nothing arrives for review with nothing to review.
- Both sides see every round. Each submission and each change request is kept in order with its files and notes, instead of only the latest one.
- Reviewers stop being offered a button that can't work. Once three rounds are used, "Revise" is disabled with the reason, rather than failing when clicked.
Finished deals don't strand unfinished work
- Work assigned to a vendor stays reviewable after the deal closes. The vendor panel used to disappear the moment a deal completed — taking the Approve, Revise and Reject buttons with it — so work submitted around that moment could never be signed off by anyone. It now stays, with a note explaining why.
- You still can't hand out new work on a closed deal , which is what that rule was there for in the first place.
Times show your time
- Review deadlines were showing five and a half hours early. "Auto-completes on…" and the auto-approve countdowns were reading the stored time as local, so an Indian user saw 8:11 am where the real deadline was 1:41 pm. Fixed everywhere those appear.
- Some dates were landing on the wrong day. Anything happening after 6:30 pm could be filed under the previous date — so activity from this morning showed as "Yesterday", and "auto-approves in 7 days" could quietly read 6.
- Countdowns were affected, not just labels. Overdue flags, at-risk warnings and "due today / tomorrow" all did their arithmetic on the shifted time, so they could trigger a day early.
