If you are a creator, the Marketplace has been showing you your own listings and nothing else. Browsing it and opening "My Listings" produced the same page, which is why it never looked like a marketplace. It does now — and it has its own place in the sidebar instead of hiding inside Opportunities.
A creator's Marketplace was their own listings, twice
- Browsing the marketplace showed you only your own inventory. Every other seller's was filtered out, so the directory and your own listings page were the same list under two names. On one live account, browsing returned 21 listings — all 21 of them theirs.
- That quietly removed your ability to bid. You cannot bid on your own listing, so a page containing nothing but your own listings is a page with nothing to bid on. The Bids tab still tracked bids you had placed; there was no longer anywhere to place one.
- Both are fixed. The same account now sees 33 listings, 12 of them from other sellers. Your own listings still appear, with the edit and delete controls they always had, while everyone else's carry a bid badge.
- Packages too — the package directory was scoped the same way and now shows what is genuinely on offer.
Marketplace has its own place in the sidebar
- It was a tab inside Opportunities , which meant one screen with two doors and a sidebar that highlighted a different item depending on which door you used. It is now a sidebar entry of its own, and the tab is gone.
- It takes you to the half you can act on. Creators land on their own inventory, where they can create, edit, pause and remove listings. Advertisers land on the directory, since they have no listings of their own to manage.
- Old links still work. Anything pointing at the former Opportunities tab now redirects to the marketplace rather than dropping you on an unrelated tab.
