The brief you won, the messages your team sent, and counters that add up

Most of today is one shape of bug: the platform knew something and the screen didn't show it. A brief you won disappeared instead of handing you the work. Conversations your team had were missing from your inbox. Listing counters counted rows the list wouldn't show you, and two interest categories quietly matched nobody at all.

Winning a brief bid hands you the work instead of hiding it

  • Your won brief stays in Open Briefs. Accepting a bid marks a brief booked, and the feed only listed briefs still open to bid — so the moment you won, your own brief vanished from every screen you could reach, and the notification was the only route back to it. It now stays, marked as won. Nobody else's booked brief appears there.
  • The deal starts active, so you can get straight on with it. It used to open as "waiting for you to accept" — an acceptance you'd already given by naming your price and pitching. Until you clicked it you couldn't submit your work, the deal was missing from My Deals, and the screen told you to wait for an ad creative that was never coming. Cancelling is still available at any point.

Your team's conversations are in your inbox

  • As the workspace owner you now see the threads your team started. Buyer conversations are private per person, which is right between colleagues — but the rule was applied to the owner as well, so an owner whose team had been talking to creators opened Messages to a near-empty inbox. Owners see the workspace; everyone else still sees only their own threads.
  • An empty inbox now says which kind of empty it is — nothing sent yet, or threads that belong to your teammates.

Listing counters count what the list will actually show you

  • A number you can't click through to is a wrong number. The cards counted the stored status while the list applies your bidding window, so five listings whose window had closed read "Active 5" and the click landed on an empty list. Every card is now counted the way the list filters.
  • Expired has a card of its own. Lapsed listings were counted nowhere, so the cards didn't add up to your total — and deleted listings no longer inflate that total either.

Two audience interests were matching nobody

  • Technology and Food & Drink scored zero against every creator , whatever your roster looked like: the interest chips you pick from and the categories creators pick from disagreed on the underlying name. Nothing errored — the reach meter just read low. Both match now, including when you type them in yourself.
  • Music, Real Estate, Pets and Home & Garden still match nobody, because no creator category exists for them yet. That's a gap in the list rather than a fault in the matching.

"Service needed" takes a service that isn't on the list

  • The line-item form now uses the same picker as the vendor board — grouped options, a search box, and an "Add a service that isn't listed" row that's visible before you start typing, instead of a closed dropdown where an unlisted service could only be approximated.
  • And what you type now survives. A custom service was being dropped when the slot went out to vendors, so the board was posted with no service at all — neither matched to the vendors who do that work nor broadcast to everyone.

Report exports say what actually went wrong

  • "Export failed" now carries the reason. A PDF the server can't produce says so, instead of reporting a generic failure that read like a broken report — with CSV and Excel still available.

Around the app

  • Bid Management, listings, contracts, billing, team, vendors and the reports pages picked up the refreshed headers and stat cards, and secondary text in dark mode is legible again.
