Get Started in Minutes, a Sharper Media Kit & Reviews You Can Actually Find

This release is about the first five minutes and the everyday polish after. New users are guided straight to their first real task instead of a blank screen, creators get finer control over how their media kit looks, and the reviews people leave each other are finally easy to find. The theme: less guessing, more doing.

This release is about the first five minutes and the everyday polish after. New users are guided straight to their first real task instead of a blank screen, creators get finer control over how their media kit looks, and the reviews people leave each other are finally easy to find. The theme: less guessing, more doing.

A guided first run for every role

  • New accounts no longer open to an empty dashboard. A short, role-aware Getting Started checklist and a first-login welcome wizard point Influencers, Advertisers, Company Admins, and team members at their next real step — connect a channel, post a brief, invite a teammate — so meaningful work starts within a few clicks.
  • The checklist ticks itself off from what you actually do (connect a channel, add a rate, publish a campaign), so it always reflects reality and quietly disappears once you're up and running. A gentle email nudge reminds people who started but didn't finish.

A media kit that's truly yours

  • Group your channels into named sections (e.g. "Long-form," "Shorts") and that grouping now shows everywhere your channels appear — the public media kit, your in-app preview, and your Channels page — for a tidier, more intentional profile.
  • Choose your look: pick what your media kit shows as its profile picture and hero banner — your uploaded account photo, or the image from any connected channel (YouTube banners are now pulled in automatically on sync).

Channels & rates that fit each platform

  • Add any channel: the Add Property picker now includes every custom platform your admin has defined, not just the built-in list — so you can list channels beyond the standard set.
  • Relevant formats only: when you add a rate for a channel, the format options are now scoped to that platform — a YouTube channel no longer offers newsletter, carousel, or blog-post formats. Admins can fine-tune exactly which formats apply to which channels.
  • Adding and editing a channel moved from a cramped pop-up to a full, comfortable page.

Reviews you can find

  • After a completed deal, a "Pending reviews" prompt now appears on your deals list and dashboard so the feedback step doesn't get forgotten.
  • Reviews and a star rating now appear right on a creator's profile where advertisers research them — not just on the public media kit.
  • Reviews are mutual, and now everyone has a home for them: a new Settings → Reviews tab shows the reviews others have left about you, with who left each one.
