This release turns vendors from a back-office list into a proper two-sided marketplace — vendors can market and sell their services, and both advertisers and creators can discover and hire them in one place. It also adds a private negotiation helper inside deal chat.
Vendors can now be found and hired like a marketplace (new)
- Public vendor profiles + directory. Every approved vendor gets a shareable public page (services, portfolio, ratings) and appears in a public vendor directory — so vendors can be discovered even by people who aren't logged in. Vendors control their visibility with a one-click opt-out.
- Vendors post services ("gigs"). From their marketplace, vendors publish service packages — fixed price, "starting at", or "request a quote" — with delivery times and an optional "accepts offers" toggle.
- Browse every vendor's services in one place. Advertisers and creators get a Browse services marketplace to search across all vendors and hire directly — no more opening vendor pages one by one. Each service shows who posted it, with a verified badge and rating.
- Hire or make an offer — from either side. Both advertisers and creators can hire a service at its listed price or propose their own amount. Requests flow straight into the vendor's existing work queue.
- Track your requests. A new My requests page shows every service you've hired, the vendor's response (accepted, delivered with a link, or declined), and lets you revoke or change a pending request — up to three attempts.
- One view of all your clients. Vendors get a unified My clients list spanning everyone who's hired them — advertisers and creators alike — each clearly tagged.
A cleaner, clearer vendor inbox
- Incoming requests, tidied up. A vendor's incoming work now lives in its own Incoming tab with a live count, so a busy inbox never buries the rest of the page.
- Know who's asking. Each incoming request shows who sent it, their company, and whether they're an advertiser or a creator — plus whether it came through one of your service listings.
Negotiation help inside deal chat (new)
- A private negotiation coach. In a marketplace or opportunity deal chat, open Negotiation help to get a fair-price read, a suggested counter, and ready-to-send draft replies — grounded in the deal's own rate card and offer history. It's private to you, never posted into the chat, and uses no AI guesswork.
