Vendors can pitch for work, and a new vendor jobs board

This release makes the vendor marketplace two-way: vendors can now proactively pitch for work instead of only waiting to be hired, buyers can post jobs for vendors to compete on, and vendors can finally see how their service listings are performing.

This release makes the vendor marketplace two-way: vendors can now proactively pitch for work instead of only waiting to be hired, buyers can post jobs for vendors to compete on, and vendors can finally see how their service listings are performing.

Vendors can pitch existing clients directly (new)

  • Send an offer. From My clients, a vendor can send a tailored offer — a custom scope and price — to any client they've already worked with. The client gets it in a new Offers received inbox and accepts with one click to start the work. Vendors track every offer they've sent, and can withdraw a pending one, on a new Offers sent tab.

Post a job for vendors — and let them compete (new)

  • A vendor jobs board. When posting a brief in Opportunities, advertisers and creators can now choose "For vendors" to post a job — video editing, design, media buying, anything — with a budget and deadline. Approved vendors browse these open briefs, pitch with their price and timeline, and the buyer picks the best one, which instantly becomes an active job. Choosing a winner automatically declines the rest.
  • One place for vendors to find work. Vendors get an Open briefs feed alongside their other work, and can see every pitch they've made with its outcome — won, not selected, or still pending.

See how your services are performing (new)

  • Storefront insights. Vendors now see views, unique viewers, hires, and a view-to-hire rate for each service they've posted — so they can tell what's landing with buyers and price accordingly. No more posting into the dark.
