See how reliable a vendor is — before you hire
- Trust signals. Vendors now show factual, earned reliability stats — typical response time, on-time delivery rate, completion rate, and repeat clients — plus an earned "Verified" badge for vendors with real identity details on file and a track record. These appear on the vendor's profile and, crucially, right next to each pitch on the vendor jobs board, so when you're comparing bids you see "responds in ~20 min · 94% on time · ✓ Verified" next to the price, not just the number.
- Honest by design. A stat only shows once there's enough history behind it, so one lucky job never reads as "100%". The Verified badge is earned, never self-declared.
Reviews now work for every kind of vendor job
- Fixed: if you hired a vendor through an offer, the jobs board, or a direct request (not just a formal deliverable), you couldn't leave them a rating. Now any completed engagement lets you review the vendor — closing the loop that feeds the trust signals above.
