This release rounds out the vendor experience end-to-end, makes per-workspace branding actually work, and brings scheduled and shareable reports, a templates library, and a referral program.
Vendors: the full job, start to finish
- A dedicated page for every vendor service. Clicking a service now opens its own detail page with the complete picture — the service info, a clear status tracker (Requested → In progress → Delivered → Completed), and the whole back-and-forth between buyer and vendor in one place.
- Attachments and revisions on submitted work. Vendors can attach files when they submit, buyers can request changes, and every round of a submission is recorded as a visible history — with a clear 3-revision limit and an obvious "Submit again."
- Raise a dispute. Either side can now raise (and resolve) a dispute on a vendor job when something goes wrong.
- Approve completes the deal. Approving submitted vendor work now finishes the job in one step, instead of leaving it in limbo.
- Post a line item to all vendors. Advertisers can open an unassigned campaign line item to every approved vendor as a bidding board — vendors pitch, you pick one, and it becomes their deliverable automatically.
- Better browsing. Vendor services now filter by service type, pricing, and custom price, with a grid/list toggle — and agencies can manage vendor requests too.
Make it yours: white-label branding
- Branding that applies. Super Admins can set a workspace's colors, logo, and favicon — and they now actually take effect: the workspace logo appears in the sidebar and the custom favicon in the browser tab.
- Cleaner feature controls. Feature toggles now reflect their true (enabled-by-default) state, and any module turned off for a workspace is hidden from that workspace's navigation instead of erroring on click. The unused "Domains" tab was removed.
Plan and share
- Scheduled & shareable reports. Schedule a report to run and email on a cadence, and share any report via a public, no-login link you can revoke anytime.
- Templates library. Save reusable brief templates and canned chat replies, and start new briefs or messages from them.
- Refer & earn. A built-in referral program with a personal invite link and tracked signups.
Smoother pipelines and fixes
- A tidier pipeline. Once you convert a committed pipeline item into a deal, it leaves the Kanban board and moves to a "Converted to deals" strip that links straight to the deal.
- Create Deal, fixed. Converting a pipeline item no longer dead-ends asking for a counterparty — you can set the seller inline.
- Assignments the vendor can actually see. Assigning a vendor while creating a line item now correctly shows up in that vendor's deliverables.
- Plus: super admins can review a creator's full deal history, phone fields are capped consistently, marketplace packages support a per-advertiser purchase limit, and several dispute/notification/email-link bugs are fixed.
